Faculty of Arts, University of Maiduguri, I sincerely wish to extend our warm welcome
to our new and returning students, as well as our most valued associates who have been
relentlessly working hard to ensure we attain the echelon of academic excellence we
set out to achieve.
Our Department is committed to exploring the complexities of the past, understanding
the dynamics of the present, and shaping the narratives of the future for the betterment
of mankind. Our programmes are designed to challenge perspectives, foster critical thinking,
and equip students with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of History and
Strategic Studies.
